A: The exact size of the three-bedroom apartment can vary, but it generally ranges between 115-135 square meters.

Q: What amenities does the apartment have?

 A: You can rest assured that the apartment is stocked with all essentials needed, making it unnecessary for you to bring any supplementary items.

Q: Is breakfast included during stay?

A: No, Sveltos Residence does not provide breakfast. We are aware that our guests may have different culinary preferences, and that is why our apartments come with spacious kitchens. Our kitchens are equipped with modern appliances and utensils, providing guests with the opportunity to prepare their meals according to their liking. Otherwise guests can order from online platforms provided from our front office, with an enormous selection of restaurants (more than 200 options), for direct home delivery.

Q: Is there parking available? 

A: Yes, Sveltos Residence provides private parking space for all guests.

Q: Is the complex secure? 

A: Yes, Sveltos Residence has 24/7  reception and camera surveillance all around the premises, gated private parking ensuring the safety and security of all residents.

Q: How far is the nearest beach? 

A: The nearest beach is just a short 5-minute drive or 2.5km (Blue Flag famous Finikoudes Beach) from Sveltos Residence.

Q: Is the apartment pet-friendly?

 A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Q: How far is Larnaka International Airport? 

A: Larnaka International Airport is a 10 minute drive or 7.7 km away from Sveltos Residence.

Q: How far is the nearest supermarket? 

A: The nearest supermarket is just a short 5-minute walk or  450m away from Sveltos Residence. Alternatively, guests can order online grocery shopping from various websites provided from our front office.

Q: Is there a bus stop nearby? 

A: Yes, there is a bus stop within walking distance from the complex, making it easy to travel around Larnaka.

Q: Can I rent the apartment for a short-term stay? 

A: Yes, Sveltos Residence offers short-term rentals, ranging from a few days to a few months.

Q: Can I smoke in the apartment?

A: No, smoking is not allowed in the apartments, it is only allowed outside on the balcony.

Q: Is there a reception for check in?

A: There is a 24/7 reception at the ground floor for check in and to further assist with any questions or issues related to the apartments or building. Taxis, airport shuttles and general information about the city can also be provided.

Q: After check in, how do i enter the apartment?

A: After check in, the guest shall be provided with a traditional key for opening the apartment and one electronic key ring that can open the main entrance of the building prior to reaching the lift, can open the gates for parking and also open the rear entrance (within the parking area) to enter the main building.

Q: Are any other friends of the guests allowed to enter the building?

A: Outside friends of the guests are not allowed to enter the building, without registering at the front office first. It is under the jurisdiction of the Front office to reject any possible entry from non residents, to ensure safety protocols of our guests.

Q: What happens if possible damages occur?

A: The front office will inspect the apartment for possible damages and inform the guest accordingly. If damages are found, an estimation for the cost of repairs will be provided. The guest is then responsible for paying for the damages before they check out of the apartment. To prevent any possible disputes, the guest must inform the front office as soon as possible. Any possible loss of the Apartment key and electronic key ring will be charged with  €50.
